

Senior Pastor
Rev Dr Zacc Kawalala is the General Overseer and Senior Pastor of Word Alive Ministries International, a locally founded and internationally recognized church in Malawi with over 80 fulltime workers under his leadership.
Accountant by profession and a Pastor by calling, Rev. Dr Zacc Kawalala has a Bachelor of Commerce
degree, a Bachelor of Theology degree, a Masters and a Doctorate in Theology with a leadership major.
Before joining full time ministry he once worked for an auditing
firm-Graham Carr & Company for
four years.
In 2001 Rev Dr Zacc Kawalala attended Hagai Institute (H.I) and
since his return he has been involved
in reviving the National Alumni
Association and offered the Church property as the interim
registered
offices for the association. Apart from serving on the
National Alumni Association leadership, he also
serves as a board
member of the Bible Society of Malawi and the Blantyre Pastor's
Fraternal. He is also
currently one of the
Commissioners for the Malawi Human Rights Commission (MHRC).
As he flows in teaching anointing, Rev Dr Zacc Kawalala teaches other
pastors and nationals in Malawi
as well as in other countries like
Swaziland, South Africa, Ghana, Botswana, Mozambique, USA and
Australia.
He has a pioneering and leadership vision, which has seen him founding Word Alive Network of
Churches with an affiliate membership of over 422 pastors in Southern and Central regions of Malawi
and Mozambique. He mentors them so that they become strategic leaders.
In the last few years, by the grace of God, 24 satellite churches
have been planted under his leadership across Malawi. In 2005
he pioneered the Word Alive Bible College.
He and his wife Aida, have three children, Theodore, Theophilus
and Theodorah. They live in Blantyre, the commercial city of
Malawi.
