The Lilongwe Assembly of Word Alive Ministries International has embarked on a building project of a sanctuary in the area 47 of the capital city.
Both joy and hope have filled the hearts of Lilongwe Assembly congregants as the sanctuary after completion will provide a very conducive environment for worship and other church activities.
Currently construction work which began in May 2011 is in progress and it is expected that by the end of February 2012 phase one of the project will be completed.
At the moment the church in Lilongwe meet in a rented building which is along Paul Kagame road next to Robray’s Limited. Sunday services are held from 7.30am (first service) and 10.30am (second service). Mid – Week services take place every Wednesday from 5pm to 6pm and Intercessory prayers every Monday from 5pm to 6pm.
